Carn Daraich

This project lies south of Loch Fannich and sits across Meallan Odhar and Carn Daraich. The blanket bog in this area is in a degraded state and will be restored back to a near natural state by reprofiling bare peat haggs and damming gullies to raise the water table. In areas of flat bare peat bunds will be used to inundate the area with water.
